Under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07], you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data.
  • Right to Rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller under certain conditions.
  • Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, including for direct marketing purposes.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data or to exercise any of your other rights. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
